Congratulations Bespoke Harvest

I have been photographing for the magnificent Bespoke Harvest of Forrest, Victoria, for around 3 years now, and what an inspiring journey it has been. To watch their restaurant and chef Simon Stewart's menu evolve through the lens of my camera has been a privilege, and sampling the seasonal culinary delights, well, delightful.

In December last year, I spent a day working with Emma, Simon, Ben and the team to capture the happenings of the Bespoke Harvest kitchen, garden and surrounds. It was a great day shooting. I love pottering around their venue as I often find beautiful timber textures, fresh herbs and styling props for the photographs. (I often bring my own to shoots, but love finding new ones!)

Recently, in January 2017, they were awarded a chef's hat from the Australian Good Food & Travel Guide, which I'm sure won't be their last. Congratulations to the team at Bespoke Harvest, your talent and passion make working with you magical.
